3. No Returns or Refunds (General Rule)

4. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.
For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter
