We currently ship to all locations across India.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat ₹120+tax for items in the price range of ₹0 to ₹1500.

  • Flat ₹180+tax for items in the price range of ₹1500 and above.

  • Final Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

6. Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Sweet Sparkle is not responsible for delays caused by external factors but will assist you in tracking your order.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

8. Mystery Product Shipping

  • All items in a mystery scoop are packed and shipped together as a single order.

  • Partial deliveries are not applicable.
